Tanesha Burns (Founder & President)

As the visionary behind Greater Tomorrows and it’s first program Money Moves Academy, Tanesha brings 18 years of corporate expertise working as a product development and management executive, with a lifelong commitment to economic equity. With a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Tennessee State University and 18 years leading national product development initiatives, she combines insider experience and community-rooted purpose. She also founded Burns & Smith Consulting, helping dozens of entrepreneurs thrive, and she designed and delivered an impactful financial literacy program for HBCUs nationwide.

Alexandria Mosley  (Vice President & Treasurer)

Alexandria Mosley is a graduate of Tennessee State University (B.S. Psychology) and a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (M.S. in Human Resources and Labor Relations) and brings 20+ years of federal government leadership in Human Resources. She ensures our programs are people-centered, sustainable, and backed by expert team development.

Trinise Preston  (Secretary)

Trinise is a graduate of Southern University at New Orleans (B.S. in Business Administration). With nearly 20 years in product ownership, business analysis, and QA, she currently works as Senior Product Owner and co-led the development of the financial literacy program designed for HBCUs nationwide.

Together, we bring over 50 years of combined experience in product development, human capital, financial systems, education, and organizational leadership. We’ve built systems, coached young entrepreneurs, and stood in the shoes of those we serve. We are not just qualified to lead—we are living proof of why it matters.
